Development processes are multi-dimensional by nature and can be a real challenge to manage. To tackle this, Outcome Mapping (OM) offers a non-linear, vision-driven approach which focuses on behavioural change. You will gain confidence in the use of OM concepts and tools, and learn how to facilitate partner learning and combine OM with more traditional approaches for maximum effectiveness.
