A new summer training program for professionals and practitioners: Outcome Mapping and Outcome Harvesting - Adaptive Management for Complex Development Programs with trainers Terry Smutylo - one of the original developer of the OM methodology - and Ricardo Wilson-Grau - one of the developer of the Outcome Harvesting approach.
This is the eleventh edition of the Professional Summer Training Programme for Development Experts and Practitioners jointly promoted by the Centre for International Development in Bologna, the Department of Economic Sciences at the University of Bologna and, for the first time, by the Fondazione di ricerca Istituto “Carlo Cattaneo”.
This year the focus is on two methods for planning, monitoring and evaluation (PM&E) that enable programme managers to plan, implement and report on their outcomes in dynamic environments where development results can be both planned and unanticipated. These are Outcome Mapping and Outcome Harvesting. To know more, take a look at the link: http://www.cid-bo.org/2016/Outcome-Mapping-Outcome-Harvesting_2016.html.
